INTRODUCTION OF POST GRADUATION
This article will address the role of Specialist Higher Education Methodology Facing Need for Quality of University Professional Training in an epistemological analysis and top teaching practice. Based on the understanding that the expert is the protagonist in the teaching and learning process when it comes to efficiency and effectiveness for top-level students.
Considering the following concerns: WHAT TO DO The SPECIALIST HIGHER EDUCATION METHODOLOGY FRONT THE NEED FOR VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALITY OF HIGHER EDUCATION?
The specialist should aparamentar and equip with skills and knowledge that promote the improvement of professional skills of students and must subsequently apply this knowledge with technology and innovation in their teaching routine.
It is intended: To acquire true and useful knowledge, quality to be applied during practice at top-level classroom. And: Socializing the true and useful knowledge with university students in educational practice in the teaching environment. As also provide tools and equip college students with significant intervention techniques providing differentiated performance in the area where each being designed.
This work is justified by presenting possible solutions to the problem of university training quality, this research is justified also be able to equip equip the top-level students with methods and techniques that allow a better performance in their professional area. As well as the social function of the university, which is the original scientific production.
Therefore we intend to undertake an exploratory qualitative literature analyzing the works (Education Pioneers Manifesto New Educators 1932 and 1959 Multifocal Intelligence, Teacher Training and Professional and Epistemology of intelligence) that offer elements linked to the theme proposed thus seeking better understand- it.
Please note that the chosen works not debate on the same subject, but they have a contribution to make in the search for elucidation of the problem presented, also highlighted the ease to speak about this topic on education is not only and exclusive this time but studies almost three decades, held by the author.
